This event will begin at 7:00 am at Lunar Shave Ice, 1100 Washington Street. Join for a fun 1‑mile run and 10% off shave ice or handcrafted drinks for participants. For more details, email info@lunarshaveice.com.
July 2 to July 5
This program will be from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm each day outside the Vicksburg National Military Park Visitor Center, 3201 Clay Street. Doug Baum and the Texas Camel Corps will share stories about soldiers during the siege and the history of Douglas, the mascot of the 43rd Mississippi Infantry. July 2
The event is from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm at the Old Mississippi River Bridge, I-20 Exit 1 at the Mississippi Welcome Center. Participants can enjoy walking over the mighty Mississippi.
