April 21
This event will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Conservatory of Fine Arts, 930 South Street. The course is $145 per person and includes supplies and instruction. Tuesday nights will feature instruction and Thursday nights will be for studio time and creating. For more information call 601-636-0542.
April 25 to April 26
This play will begin at 7:00 pm on Friday and Saturday and 4:00 pm on Sunday at the Strand Theatre, 717 Clay St. Advance purchase tickets are $10 and can be purchased at Hwy 61 Coffeehouse. Tickets purchased at the door are $15. For more information, call 601-529-7252.

Songfest will be at the Church of the Holy Trinity, 900 South Street. Songfest is open to adults and youth grades 7 and up. Registration is $25 and covers foof and a T-shirt. Rehearsals will be on Friday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am until 1:30 pm. The concert will be on Saturday at 2:00 pm.
